About Terence Greene II

Ideas are only the beginning.

I’ve always been fascinated by ideas—not just coming up with them, but figuring out how to bring the right people together to make them real.

Whether it's building a business, growing a nonprofit, creating a new program, launching a brand, or solving an operational problem, my greatest strength is seeing opportunities where others see obstacles—and then building the systems and relationships needed to move those ideas forward.

My career has allowed me to work in a variety of high-performance environments. I've worked in Division I college basketball, supported NBA athletes and agencies on contract negotiations and brand partnerships, managed large-scale community and sports initiatives, and led strategic programs focused on operations, partnerships, and organizational growth.

Along the way, I've had the opportunity to contribute to more than $150 million in NBA contracts and over $50 million in sponsorship and partnership initiatives. Those experiences taught me how organizations grow, how leaders make decisions, and how execution separates good ideas from great ones.

I've learned that success isn't usually about having the best idea—it's about building the right team, creating clear systems, earning trust, and consistently executing on a vision. I'm naturally a creator and strategist. I enjoy asking, “What if?” and then working backward to determine whether an idea can become a sustainable business, program, or opportunity.

Attention is not enough.
The business has to be ready for it.

I kept seeing strong businesses work hard for attention, then lose the opportunity because the website was unclear, the follow-up was inconsistent, the ordering path was broken, or no system existed to keep the customer relationship moving.

That mindset led me to create Commissioned Enterprises, my operating company built to develop businesses, partnerships, media, consulting, and purpose-driven ventures across multiple industries. Rather than limiting myself to one lane, I believe many of the greatest opportunities exist where industries intersect—business, sports, technology, media, education, community development, and leadership all influence one another.

Commissioned Enterprises exists to bring those worlds together, helping ideas move from concept to execution while helping businesses with strong content, purpose, and products build the structure they need to scale.

Built locally

Chef Dre Café

Turned one local café engagement into a working example of how brand, systems, ordering, content, and new offers can be built together.

At my core, I'm a builder. I enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, connecting talented people, creating systems that scale, and helping organizations think beyond what already exists. My faith shapes the way I lead, my experiences have shaped the way I solve problems, and my passion is building organizations, brands, and opportunities that create lasting impact—not just for today, but for future generations.

01

Clarity first.

People move faster when the offer, priorities, and next decision are clear.

02

Systems matter.

Strong work should be repeatable, measurable, and easier to manage over time.

03

Purpose needs follow-through.

Meaningful ideas deserve the same rigor as ambitious commercial ventures.

Let’s build something useful.
